Tried & Tested: Ariat Venture Waterproof Trousers

When Ariat announced that they were bringing out a pair of waterproof riding trousers, we were intrigued. In the equestrian world, waterproof trousers have historically had a bit of a bad reputation. Often noisy, unflattering and restrictive, they are not at the top of many peoples’ clothing wish lists, despite their obvious benefits. Ariat is a brand synonymous with bringing style to premium technical clothing so, when the Venture Full Seat trousers arrived at Wadswick, we sent a pair to one of our most sceptical staff members to try them out!

A range of other handy features are included such as an adjustable waistband, zippered pockets, knee-to-ankle zips for easily pulling them over boots, and a silicone full seat grip. They are ideal for putting on over your other riding gear when the weather is scheduled to be at its worst or when it is changeable.
