Having a store in the prestigious city of Bath has been a goal for the past ten years. In 2014, we experimented with a successful pop-up store in the Podium, just around the corner from Pulteney Bridge. We loved it and have been hoping to make it back ever since! 

We’ve spent the past ten years focusing on and growing our offering at our main store just outside Corsham and we are very proud to be one of the largest independent country lifestyle retailers in the UK. You can read more about the history of Wadswick here.

After a decade of growth and with some extensive developments at our main site complete, we felt the time was right to commit to opening our second store!

With Bath just seven miles away from Wadswick, we are close enough to devote the time and energy needed to make the new store successful.

Our new shop is located in the heart of Bath at 1 Pulteney Bridge, BA2 4AX (what3words ///march.former.lasts).

Pulteney Bridge itself is one of the finest examples of Georgian architecture and one of only four bridges in the world to have shops across its full span on both sides. Happily, it is still very accessible by car and public transport and well located in the city for pedestrians.

By car: Bath isn’t blessed with parking options but luckily we have a few of the better options close by to the shop. For ultimate convenience, short term parking can be found at Laura Place (what3words ///times.happen.assets) which is approximately 150 metres from the shop.

Alternative parking options are available at Waitrose, also known as ‘The Podium’ (what3words ///paused.save.expose) and Broad Street (what3words ///gladiators.calculating.curve) which are both within 250m of the shop. 

By public transport: Bath’s main bus and train stations are approximately 500m from the shop. Just head north from them along Manvers Street and around the stunning Grand Parade where you will find our shop located on the corner with Bridge Street.
