SCHOFFEL GILET
Timeless pieces designed for Country Living.
If you are looking for a new fleece gilet, then look no further.
Schoffel’s iconic fleece gilet styles are soft, warm, versatile, and perfect for layering.
Not only do Schoffel make superb fleece gilets they also have a large range of tweed shooting vests and quilted gilets which you can wear on their own or layer with a coat.
Due to the versatile nature of a gilet, it is the ideal layer for every season. During summer evenings when there is a slight chill in the air they can be worn over a polo or t-shirt. When winter hits hard they are essential for layering underneath a coat or jacket to help retain as much heat as possible.
The latest addition to Schoffel’s Oakham Fleece Gilet collection is the new Cedar Green colour.
This is the perfect colour for country pursuits, and ideal under a coat as an extra layer of warmth.
The gilet allows you a full range of movement in your arms, ideal for fieldsports or walking.
A Schoffel Gilet can be worn all year round and is smart enough to be worn with a shirt for occasions or paired with a t-shirt for everyday use.
Schoffel gilets can be easily paired with any of the following:
Don’t forget: The men’s Oakham Schoffel gilet can be zipped into the Ptarmigan coat for an extra layer.

Schoffel Gilets tend to come up a bit bigger so we suggest going down a size when purchasing a new one.
We have added individual sizing information on Schoffel items of clothing so you know which items need to be sized down for a more fitted look.
Most Schoffel gilets are machine washable.
Individual care instructions can be found on the label inside the garment.
Fleece Gilets
Schoffel’s premium fleece gilets deserve the correct care in order for it to last a long time. They can be machine washable at max 40 degrees, and it is best to avoid the tumble drier, to protect the Alcantara trim.
Merino Wool Gilets
Merino wool should be washed on a delicate machine wash with similar colours, at no more than 40 degrees. Merino wool likes to be stored flat, to help retain its shape.
Please remember:
Lambswool Gilets
Lambswool gilets require more of a gentle hand wash approach.
If you have a wool setting on your washing machine, you can also wash lambswool on this setting, as long as it is a low temperature and a low spin.
