We endeavour to stock the best quality products in store and online. We set highly competitive prices for all our products and work with our suppliers to make sure we are fairly priced at all times. We don’t differentiate between the prices our online and store customers pay because we don’t think that’s fair. From time to time there may be offers that are advertised either in store or online but not both. Please ask us if you would like to participate in any of those deals and we will do our best to allow that to happen.
We take the service of our customers very seriously and ensure that our staff are trained to the highest levels in fitting equestrian safety equipment. We always plan to have a Suitably Qualified Person in store to advise on wormers and more often than not, at least one of our staff will be well equipped to be able to help answer any equestrian or pet queries you have. We stay abreast of all the safety equipment standards as they change and are always happy to advise what equipment is right for all types of competition use. We will spend as much time as is needed to ensure that our customers are entirely happy with the fit and operation of the equipment they are buying. Heads come in all shapes and sizes and if we struggle to fit a riding hat we’re not afraid to say so and will arrange to get external advice for you if necessary. If we haven’t got the right sizes or colours in stock we will always offer to order it in and check the fit when it arrives. After care is equally important; we offer our customers a free safety check on any of their equipment whenever they would like reassurance that they are still sufficiently protected.
Of course we need to sell products to make sure we stay in business and can afford to offer this service to you! Some of our competitors will charge their customers to fit safety equipment when a purchase isn’t made. We understand why this is happening but we would like to avoid having to charge for this service for as long as we can. However, we’d like to make it clear to our customers that our fitting service is offered on the understanding that our customers are planning to make the purchase from us, not necessarily on that day, but when the time to buy the product is right.
We know from time to time other online retailers may offer products at cheaper prices or have frequent sales and offers. We will endeavour to offer you a service that you are happy with and we believe it is rare that this service will be matched by some online providers. It is also worth noting that there is no guarantee that the fit of a hat or boots fitted by our staff will be replicated by the same product from elsewhere. Unfortunately we are unable to price match our internet competitors but if you ever think our products are unfairly priced at any time then we’d like to hear from you. We will never set our products at prices above other bricks and mortar stores intentionally.
As an incentive to shop at Wadswick we launched our Affinity Card scheme in June 2016. This allows all customers to gain points on purchases which can be redeemed on future transactions. If you haven’t already signed up then just let us know and we will arrange a card to be sent out to you or can always pop one in with your online delivery. Simply quote your loyalty card number at checkout online and we will add your points to your account for you.
